My name is Nusrat. I have a working experience as a healthcare specialist with over six years and I’ve also been a proactive customer service representative in two leading mobile network companies of Bangladesh with around five years of experience in handling various functions of customer service from dealing with dissatisfied customers to answering phone calls. I have developed and utilized various skills to help achieve KPI and contributed to the company’s productivity which easily can be reflected through 94% CSAT in my recent job as customer service representative.
As you know already, I’m a Healthcare Specialist, I got the privilege to work with different cross-functional teams with workforce from diverse cultures of my country and abroad and have the comfort to cope up with them. Beside earning a bachelor degree in health science, I got the training on Time Management, Application of Leadership and Team Working skills which surely helped me to in knowledge base job like this.
I am a graduate student of University of Windsor. Studying Master of Medical Biotechnology. This course is a mixture of health science and technology. Beside the course work, I came to learn more about equity, diversity and inclusion. In my course there are more than 7 different nationalities of students and got the chance to know their cultures and heritages.
