• Coordinate MEP work and progress with the Client's representative, construction coordinators and subcontractors, Identify, report, and resolve MEP discrepancies in project drawings, specification and requirements with MEP Manager and Project Manager.
• Comply with BCA, PUB, FSSD and Registered Inspector regulations.
• Preparing BIM Model, site utilization plan, as necessary project teams and as-built drawings for architectural/ Structural/ MEP works.
• Coordinate with site personnel on drawing requirements and incorporated changes or modifications according to the consultant's written instructions.
• Attend project meeting (Consultant, Progress, Technical coordination, BIM Coordination and other Meetings).
• Ensuring all parties use updated drawings, including shop drawings and the MEP related document management is in place helps the project manager.
• Manage MEP trade material ordering, Inspection, Scheduling, Delivery, buy specification compliance and development and storage.
• Coordinate with BIM team to distribute construction process information, M&E system testing, and Commissioning, including transfer of replacement components, warranties, operating manual and maintenance tools and equipment.
