I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computing & Financial Management with Dean's Honors from the University of Waterloo and am about to pursuing a Master's in Computing with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Imperial College London.

• Designed and built Maven based Springboot microservice for workflow management from scratch that communicates among fronend canvas, MySQL database and conductor backend, bootstrapped AWS Kubernetes services

• Implemented data processing pipeline to gather realtime user interaction data with AWS Kinesis and user profile data, create scheduled jobs to feed the training data to recommendation model every hour using Apache Airflow 
• Connected Grafana to AWS service to track service performance of recommendation system, using over 10 matrix in latency, number of times called and viewership rate of recommended content 
• Designed and developed crawler using Python, AWS Lambda and CloudWatch to schedule crawling content daily from over 90 Instagram accounts and hashtags at specified time
