Olusola Akinbode

I am a full-stack developer with solid experience in React.js, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, MySQL, and MongoDB. I have a passion for writing beautiful code whether that means a good-looking website or efficient, well-organized logic in the backend. I have a degree in software engineering from the University of Calgary. Before pursuing software development full-time, I was an engineer in the energy industry for over 8 years.

My professional experience is as follows:

1. Full Stack Software Developer with One Community Global. In this role, I work with MongoDB, node.js, React, and Redux to help build a volunteer management web application. I work here as a volunteer to continue building my real-world skills.

   One Community

   Global is dedicated to building open-source frameworks to advance the goal of sustainability.

2. Software Development Intern. In this role, I developed an Angular/Typescript, and Spring Boot/Java microservice to handle security for the existing company application. I created authentication and authorization workflows using JWT and OAuth.
