Omar Khan

I am a high school student entering grade 12 in the fall looking for some work experience that aligns with my interests of community services, sports and recreation, and hands on activities. I'm a family oriented person and I love to be involved in things such as gardening with my mom, biking with my siblings, baking and painting, and playing video games. I also like volunteering in the community and that has developed my skills in various such as communication, planning, creativity, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

I also have an interest in vehicle mechanics such as the design and building process of cars, as well as maintenance and customization.

I have built over 5 years of professional volunteer experience across the cities of Toronto, Kitchener, and Waterloo. I have organized and participated at various locations where I have contributed ideas to plan and execute events.

I attend a high school where I am completing a partial IB diploma and am further hoping to pursue a degree in engineering. I am currently in a gateway program to aid my path to further education in a field of my interests.
