I have worked for an Indian retail store for more than a 1 year where I used to communicate with customers on a daily basis, track orders & shipments, answer calls and emails of B2B customers, process orders, transfer calls to other departments as needed, and check inventory levels.
Also, I have worked for an Amazon warehouse in Mumbai, India. My responsibilities included receiving goods and system entry into the SAP software, scanning & tallying prices of the items, etc.
