I have been welding and pipefitting for 20 years in the oilfield business in Alberta. I have worked maintenance in live plants, welded heavy structural steel using up to 3/32 flux cored wire and completed many new construction projects in my career. I take pride in my work and I do my work safely and efficiently.
I am certified in all positions CWB SMAW and FCAW, I have plenty of experience with Pipe welding, large steel multi pass welds, bore welding for machining, structural fitting, crack gouging and replacing wear plates. I have also operated track cutters on thick plate, beveled steel with hand torches for welding, with skilled use of overhead cranes and operating forklifts. For 4 years I ran my own welding and fitting business with a welding truck throughout Alberta welding pipe and structural steel.
I work hard at what I do and strive to get better on every project. I am currently looking for full time welding work.
