I have the good communication skill along with the customer service mentality. My primary goal is to ensure the customer satisfaction and to generate revenue for the company. While I was working back in my country, I was sales driven and organized about my duties and responsibilities. I would always prioritize the team because the result of team work is always positive towards me and the organization. I strongly believe that I am adaptable and resilient at any untoward situations.
I worked for a financial organization called Shahjalal Islami Bank Ltd. back in country. It is one of the renown financial institutions in my country. I was directly involved with the customer service and their satisfaction. I would also involved giving short term investment facilities to the customers. Again, I had to study the most potential sources where the company could earn more profits. Thus, I would get rewarded from my organization.
At present, I am taking a Diploma program in Business Human Resource Management at George Brown College. Previously, I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration( BBA) in Management and Master of Business Administration(MBA) in Human Resource Management.
