With a background in Electrical Engineering, I'm responsible for customer success, support, training, and pre/post sales activities for Electromagnetic Simulation Software - EMWorks.
- Support company sales by conducting demonstrations and presentations to customers and prospective customers.
- Assist customers with software functionality and/or best practices via phone, email, or web.
- Organize technical training ranging from introductory material through high-end, advanced analysis methodologies. Classes may be virtual or on-site.
- Create technical content for marketing such as blogs, white papers, information for user groups, newsletters, and conferences.
