Work closely with the GTD Team Lead in the implementation of projects that particularly support the Operations division.

• Fulfil a back-up function for the GTD Team Lead as and when required.
• Assist the IT Specialist in dealing with the workload as to ensure that services are delivered and maintained at the agreed levels.
• Drive operational level processes associated with outsourcing the hardware repair function and other highly specialists areas in line with the MIS service delivery process and Audit requirement.
• Maintaining a virus free and antispyware systems by deploying updates to remote sites ( i.e. Relief and Grants districts)

I hold an honors degree in Information Technology with an upper second degree class. During my experience in University I managed to have hands on on networking, programming, computer hardware repairs and problem solving skills.
