I am Hotel management graduate with 3 years school of business management , with 20 plus years of experience in various food and hospitality division , whether it is restaurant , Hotel gm to multi unit district manager
20 plus years experience started with Catering services with big banquet events of maximum 10000 people , carried out to the Hotel general manager position before moving to Canada in 2012 . Started with my Canada experience with kitchen supervisory roll to the Chilis YYC airport location as a restaurant Manager with a revenue of half million every month , my last tenure with reef kitchens as multi unit manager , managing team of 80 people included of Head Chef , Kitchen manager and Line cook along with delivery driver fleet .
