Over the past ten years of working a number of customer service roles I have learned about myself that I am hardworking, able to easily adapt to a situation and a team player. I possess a professional demeanor, a critical eye in detail and a willingness to learn new things, these and many more are ways I would describe myself in a work setting. • Make drink orders for customers at the bar as well as for the restaurant, pouring beers, mixing cocktails
• Run Food and Drink orders to tables, bring back any dirty dishes to maintain a 'Hands in, Hands out approach'
• Cut and prepare necessary garnish for drinks
• Operate a Media Tablet to change sound levels, change sound input, change video input
• Put away glassware, change empty beer kegs, refill juices and pop bibs, keep the bar well stocked
• Open and Close Bar based on given tasks
• Disassemble the Bar dish washer after final usage, run items to the back to be washed for the next day
• Handle Cash at end of the shift, balancing the till, paying out amounts to house and distributing tips amongst bartenders that worked *if any others
• Answer phone calls to take reservations or takeout orders
