Throughout my career, I have used my strong leadership and management acumen to initiate various operational improvements. During my time as a Distribution Manager and Project Manager, I have managed the daily operations of a 24/7 Distribution Centre, motivated a team of workers, and maintained a position of authority while offering an open-door policy to workers in the interest of creating a positive work environment. Additionally, I have experience in overseeing logistics planning and inventory control, while identifying areas for improvement and significant cost reductions through proven negotiating skills and a lean focus.
