I am a strong communicator that can offer 13+ years of experience in customer relations. My background is primarily in restaurants, which has helped me to build a well-rounded and transferable skill set that I’m excited to bring to a new field. I have a special focus on successfully resolving difficult and heated customer issues.

My well-developed interpersonal skills also extend to my co-workers. In leadership positions such as Executive Chef at Donna Mac, I have been able to quicky build cohesive, high performing teams and a positive workplace culture. This includes strong analytical and mathematic ability that I used to build inventory and costing systems in Microsoft Excel that were then implemented company wide; effective negotiation skills that I used with suppliers and in conflict resolution with guests; as well as the exceptional organization and attention to detail that is imperative when running a restaurant.

I’m eager to showcase these qualifications in a new field and have a keen willingness to learn, familiarize self with insurance customer relationship software and ability to acquire certifications or licensing.
