My educational background is deep and varied, holding a Masters in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, a PDAM in financial engineering, an LLM in Securities Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, and an HBSc in Computer Science and Genetics from the University of Toronto.

I have been a CEO and a founder that built one startup to $10M in exited value, one to $100M (by Google acquistiion valuation, but did not close), and one to $243M in value (by Goldman Sachs & JP Morgan valuations on pre-IPO round).
