Formel ESL Instructor turned Operation Supervisor, I was associated with Teleperformance (Toronto) as an Operation Supervisor from July 2021 to January 2023. I managed and developed a team to meet and exceed performance, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction, and other relevant key operational metrics by providing them guidance, support, and education. Prior to my stint with Teleperformance, I worked with Soul Restaurants as a General Manager wherein I was actively involved in the decision making process related to the quarterly and yearly budget as well as the day to day operations.
