I decided to become a Registered Nurse because I am passionate about helping people and it is my desire to be equipped with knowledge and skills that allow me to be an aid in critical times. Patient teaching is my favorite aspect of nursing. As I consider this to be the most essential tool to make a difference in a patient's life in the long run.

My greatest interest with the nursing is women's health. It is my desire to go into labor and delivery and perhaps continue my education to become a Certified Nurse Midwife.
