Experienced network professional with hands-on experience in network administration and troubleshooting. I recently completed a PG Diploma in Applied Network Infrastructure and System Administrator from Conestoga College, where I learned the ins and outs of networking, system administration, and virtualization.

During my internship at WorksDelight, I worked closely with senior network administrators to maintain and optimize the company's network infrastructure. I was responsible for configuring routers, switches, and firewalls, deploying software updates and security patches, and conducting regular network audits to ensure everything worked smoothly. I also provided technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person and documented network configurations and procedures for future reference.

I'm proficient in network fundamentals, routing protocols, network security, IP services, and network troubleshooting. I'm currently pursuing CCNA certification to further my knowledge in the field and explore emerging technologies.
