Handled leadership dashboard- I have led a team of 25 territory managers covering 30-35 oncology hospitals in three states (Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana)
Project management- I am specialized in Chemotherapy, targeted therapy and Monoclonal Antibodies (MABs) and palliative therapy in multiple cancer types.
Line of Treatment and Protocol Management- I was responsible for providing the guidance to physicians/oncologist of medication.
I also guided for adjuvant, Neoadjuvant with or without medication combination and before or after of taxane category such as paclitaxel or docetaxel.
Scientific data and equipment management- - I was responsible for managing the data of our clinical trials from multiple oncology centres.
Hospital Staff and external Training management- Identify training requirements for product handling to nurses, Paramedical staff and chemo mixing staff and supply chain management to prevent medications from early degradation.
Regulatory Compliance Management- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines and institutional policies.
Continuing medical education conference (CME) Management - Organised multiple education conferences which included ASCO, ESMO updates. I was responsible for identifying and inviting international speakers with Oncology expertise.
Audits- Responsible for responding to external audits and for preparation of corrective action plans. Resource Management -Managed departmental resources procurement of equipment and supplies to achieve organizational objectives.
