- Assisted the chief dietician in preparing the nutrition plan for patients
- Monitor the nutrition chart for patients and adjust their meal program
- Review the food quality by measuring the nutrient standards.
- Discuss/Interact with patients and create a best diet plan which meets the nutrition standards.
- Compute the daily calorific value of a food.
- Prepare the Diet summary report for Chief Nutritionist
- Maintain the inventory of ingredients in the system.
- Monitor the shelf life of the food products
