Working As Sale Rep my duties were

• Sharing of product features (with product demo) and recommendation of related accessories.
• Helping the costumer to create solutions by using the technology to make life easier and convenient
• Providing customers an end-to-end after sales services, unboxing, transferring of data etc. and follow up sales to create a brand and customer loyalty.
• Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths.

• Preparing daily site accounting report including the balancing of sales, cash, credit, & invoicing, bank deposits, operate cash register, fuel console, credit card, Lotto, Lottery, fuel pumps and money order and other equipment and transactions as necessary
• Keeping clean and stock all shelves, merchandiser, and store to fulfill superior guest satisfaction. 
• To operate point of sale equipment, credit card machine. Follows all cash handling/banking procedures
• Developing weekly schedule for team. Reviewing and approving weekly payroll. Schedule optimization for labor costs and customer service.

• Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Keep stock of office supplies and place order when necessary
• Taking, cancelling, and changing room reservation requests
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints or questions
• Processing guest departures including calculating changes and receiving payments
• Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
• Maintaining an inventory of reservations, vacancies, and room assignments
• Answering inquiries about the hotel and its services through the telephone, email, or in-person
• Handling wake-up calls and a myriad of other guest requests
