I am currently completing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Neuroscience with a minor in Mental Health at the University of Lethbridge. My academic journey has honed my problem-solving and analytical skills while providing a solid foundation in psychology. I am passionate about understanding how factors such as upbringing, trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and mental health conditions shape individuals' personalities and behaviours.

My goal is to become a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Psychologist, where I can apply evidence-based approaches to support clients' growth and well-being. I believe my background in neuroscience and mental health uniquely positions me to excel in the Master of Education in Counselling Psychology program.
