I offer a combination of unique skills and competencies which I have developed through a lengthy and rewarding career. I have honed customer needs assessment and customer service skills while being proficient in collaboration. In previous roles, I have contributed to organizational improvements, collaborative team efforts and attainment of key business targets. I believe that my skills and experience will greatly equip me to perform well in a social/business environment.
My more recent work experience has been centred on Customer Service Operations, having worked as a Customer Service Personnel at JEWMAZ NIG LTD, and New Edge Finance Limited (both in Nigeria). My Customer service duties included responding to customer inquiries via telephone calls and e-mails in a timely and professional manner, drafting reports on weekly activities in Excel sheet, maintaining customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns, making reasonable procedure exceptions to accommodate unusual customer requests, building strong client relationships to ensure consumer satisfaction in order to drive sales, participated in team building activities and trainings to improve quality of service, etc.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Development Management, with specialization in Human Resource Management from University for Development Studies, Tamale, Ghana (2013-2017).
