In my role as a Dairy Frozen Associate, my responsibilities were multifaceted. I primarily focused on stocking and organizing products on the store shelves, a task that involved meticulous zoning. Additionally, I was entrusted with monitoring and restocking items that were unavailable on the shelves.
Overstocked products were systematically organized in the backroom. I also played a vital role in the Customer Valuation Program (CVP), where I identified products nearing their expiration dates and implemented price reductions to prevent any losses to the organization. Furthermore, I provided customer assistance within a three-meter radius, aiding them in locating products and addressing any inquiries they had.
Additionally, I was responsible for receiving bulk deliveries via trucks, which involved verifying paperwork and ensuring the efficient handling of incoming products.
