• Direct project planning, cost estimating and budget preparation; develop material and construction specifications for transmission works.
• Prepare design packages, material take-offs and procurement requisitions; track deliveries, inventory and documentation.
• Manage purchase orders, expense submissions, project schedules, progress reporting and quality records.
