I have a diverse background in security, policy analysis, and customer service management. My roles include working as a Loss Prevention Officer and Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada, and as a Policy Analyst at Indigenous Services Canada. As a Loss Prevention Officer, I conducted theft investigations, utilized de-escalation techniques, and collaborated with law enforcement, honing my skills in security and teamwork.

As a Customer Service Manager, I led a team to ensure exceptional customer service, managed conflict situations, and maintained operational efficiency.
