Hello!

I am Radhika, a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner with a successful track record in driving business transformation projects. I have a strong Project and Change Management background - especially the people side of change. You will find me observing how people respond to change in a bid to enable successful transformation for organisations, people, and, society at large.

I have a background in Architecture and Design, which helps me approach change management with a creative and holistic mindset- enabling me to effectively analyze and redesign processes, envision future states, and facilitate seamless transitions, ultimately driving successful organizational change initiatives.

More than three years of experience in Change Management.
