Hello, my name is Radhika. I am a Mum of 3 kids, 28, 18 and 12 yrs. I have experience with children and toddlers, 18 Mos to 12 years. Would like to work with school age children. I am friendly, happy, nurturing, I have a Montessori view to child rearing, I am open to different methods and discussion, as children are individuals.

Children are precious, every moment is important. I believe in child lead activities, exploration, curiosity and learning. Children live their best lives when they feel loved, have predictable and stable expectations and boundaries, feel supported and are empowered to make choices that concern them.

I have worked as a Lunchroom Supervisor, ECA and Occasional Teacher for TDSB, for 8 years. I also work for YMCA childcare.

I have a BA in Literature, I have college certificates in Business Management, and Sign Language Communicator. I am currently studying to become a Lactation Consultant.
