I am a Civil Engineer with a passion for construction and bring experience in Project Management, Staff supervision and business ownership.

Project management experience comes from custom fabrication at IPEX to Aerospace development at Honeywell. Assisted by MS Project, Micro-frame program manager, AutoCAD and multiple ERP systems like SAP.

Staff Supervision experience comes from supervising 35 production staff on a continental shift to supervising 15 PMO staff. Mentoring staff with their goals and performance objectives. Providing personnel evaluations and corrective actions.

Business ownership experience comes from owning a franchise base business, Pilar to Post Home Inspections, and a handyman business, JAD Home Services. Working on startup requirement to marketing and sales to accounting.
