• Working as a Production Operator/New Mould trial under Production Dept.
• Handling Shift and 20 Trainee Operator.
• Involved in Mould changing & Set up approval.
• Ensure to Set Up Process from start for New Mould.
• Verify Mould Setup, Processes Setting and Auxiliary Equipment Setup before machine start up.
• Involve in validation of Mould & Processes by TRIALS, FAIR, IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Trouble Shoot Moulding Issues and drive Corrective Action.
• Ensure component Cycle Time and Operator Utiliation with costing department.
• Involved in Processing of commodity, engineering & super-engineering plastic and blends materials.
• Meeting Quality Targets Internal/External.
• Manpower management & Material management.
• Clearing all Rejection on daily basis with proper Root Cause Analysis and Countermeasures.
• Upgradation of Trainee operator Skill Matrix with Monitoring Evaluation.
• Maintaining Environment & 6S of Clean Room.
• Monthly Inventory Control monitoring.
• Involved in Trouble shooting on defected moulded items
• Report to Production Engineer on production details and other issues within the section.
