I have 8 years experience in Proposals
I graduated from Nepal in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. After graduation, I worked as an Marketing Assistant in Nepal and then Bidding Assistant in topmost Engineering consulting company Jade Consult. I also worked with Tractebel Engineering, SMEC and PowerGrid for Proposals.
During my work as an Bidding Assistant I have gained in-depth knowledge of Data keeping, handle meetings and conferences, presentations, writing minutes, proposals, and reports. Promoted to Business Development Officer, I got to works in the field of Bidding and tenders. Researching on online portals (ADB, World Bank etc) for Bid opportunities RFP and EOIs and shortlisting the same and keeping record were my daily task. I also made checklist, evaluated bid requirements and compiled Technical and Financial proposal and uploaded to submit the bid.
I was also responsible to attend Prebid meetings, bid openings and keeping track of the same. I even extensively researched on International companies and coordinated with them for possible consortium for bids
