I am writing to express my interest in the Glass sorter Job. With a 2 year diploma in business and I worked at packing company as a line leader positio.and I have 2 years experience in packaging company. Here I performed variety of duties such as:

1. Reported safety issues to prevent accidents and avoid unnecessary delays.
2. Created and revised systems by analyzing operating practices.
3. Supervised production shift teams and communicated production goals.
4. Motivated team members to meet goals and mentored individuals to improve performance.
5.  Inspected completed products for quality and adherence to project specifications.

In my recent career, I worded in packing company. Where, I used to perform many duties such as: assembling part, operating machines, packing products, and check the quality of product .

Recently, I completed 2 years diploma in Business Management. Where, I learned about business strategies, computer skills, communication skills and law of business.
