9+ years of extensive experience in Salesforce QA
My roles are to work closely with the business/functional team to analyze user requirements and derive valid test scenarios for Experience Cloud, Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Community.
Experience in Finance, Insurance, Pharma and CMT domain.
Salesforce admin skills: user profiles, permission set, workflow, process builder, role hierarchy, security,sharing rules, and other Salesforce.com out-of-the-box access features.
Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
Designing, developing, and implementing test strategy, test plans, test cases and test processes, fueling swift corrective actions, significant cost savings and fault-free audits in Functional Testing, Data Testing, Integration testing, Performance Testing, and support User Acceptance
Experience in Co-ordinate with onshore, offshore team for updating the status
Experience testing of a Salesforce based system, with different software development life cycles like Agile, waterfall,
Experience in executing the test cases, analyzing the results, determining the usability and reporting the observations to the project team.
Experience in supporting delivery of UAT through planning, execution and closure for the selected solution.
Experience in training QA team on tools, techniques, QA processes and best practices
Experience in DML operations using Workbench, Data Loader.
Experience in API testing using Postman
Experience in Incident management, tracking deployment, change management, shakedown of environments.
Perform White box testing or code-based testing to review internal structures, design, implementation
Expertise in QA tools like Agile Jira, Zephyr, ALM.
Organize defect triage with the Development team, Product owner, Business Analysts to prioritize issues and ensure closure accordingly. Analyze the Product Release quality and report the QA statuses to the customer. Recommend the Go/No decisions for specific project releases
