Rania Beyrouthy

I work as a Team Leader clinical registered nurse. I am holding a DESS Specialized Higher Education Diploma in healthcare and social services administration, Option “management”, and bachelor’s degree in midwifery as well in nursing, I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of health, particularly in pediatric operating room, perinatal, psychiatry and geriatrics. The various training received in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Quebec allowed me to develop my carrier.

The various training received in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Quebec allowed me to develop my clinical judgment, my adequate knowledge and improve my skills, to use it effectively with patients. in addition to have a Green Belt in Lean Six-Sigma in continuous quality improvement: I had the opportunity to participate in realization of the various projects and the implementation of the necessary tools aimed at process optimization and improvement, as well as training and teaching sessions.

I am a person who enjoys working in a team, I am autonomous and adapt quickly to all situations. I am willing to learn to strengthen my skills.
