- Place orders for FTL & LTL truckloads using Loadlink as needed. Communicate with customers to provide/receive pricing quotes of supplies.
- Prepare ACE shipment & ACE eManifest and ACI Cargo & ACI Trips on AVAAL for border clearance of the driver & supplies.
- Scheduled delivery drivers, delivery vehicles and delivery/pickup appointments using EXPERT.
- Answer phone calls and emails of business clients and customers to ensure the accurate flow of operations. Regular follow-up with clients operation departments to ensure accuracy of information shared.
- Maintain records by creating bill of lading, preparing driver’s payroll and delivery receipts.
- Regularly coordinate with drivers to meet the pickup/delivery deadlines before time. Provide follow-up to clients to deliver best quality services.
Security Guard (January 2022 to Current)
Peregrine Protection, Toronto, Ontario
- Working as backup Supervisor to ensure the successful implementation of all procedures on site.
- Addressing the issues of tenants regarding any issues related to building procedures.
- Maintaining access control of the site to ensure any unauthorized entry on the property.
- Monitor operation of on-site computer and CCTV camera systems to keep an eye on each floor to ensure safety of the property, people and information.
- Collaboration with other staff members to deal with emergency medical situations such as Drug overdose or substance abuse.
