Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience synthesizing complex scientific information for diverse audiences, from MEs to senior management and lay audiences; Proven ability to work within a cross-functional team in a matrix environment; Proficient in using tools (Slack, Monday, Google suite, Zoom) to facilitate virtual collaboration and meetings.
Scientific Expertise: Author of 10+ peer-reviewed publications. Extensive experience in study design and research methodologies, including clinical trials, observational studies, and cross-sectional studies.
Clinical Research Experience: GCP certification; Strong understanding of clinical trials and associated regulatory/IRB/REB requirements; managerial experience in leading clinical projects and partnerships.
Languages: Full working proficiency in English and French.
