● Leads Operations Excellence: Directs efficient and accurate preparation prompt Guest service delivery within the established speed of service guidelines.
● Leads Brand Standards and Food Safety Promise and Delivery: Motivates and directs the team to do what it takes to exceed Guest expectations with always fresh and safe food and fast & friendly service in clean and safe surroundings.
● Supervises and trains/follows-up team members on crew stations, company products, processes, and policies; and assists restaurant management team with recruiting, selecting, and retaining effective crew talent.
● Assists with Profit and Loss Management: Helps lead implementation of marketing strategies;
Follows cash control/security procedures; and helps to maintain inventory, manage labor, and apply financial reports across shifts to enhance restaurant results.
● Enforces compliance of government regulations, company management standards, Code of
Conduct, company policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities across shifts and Operations Manual and Food Safety regulations. Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback
● Collaborate with team leads on setting and achieving team-specific goals
● Purchase inventory based on current trends, availability of new products, and customer interest
● Organize sales and product demonstrations
● Write sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvements
● Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances
