Bicultural student with excellent written and verbal communication in English (Fluent), Spanish, (Native) and French (Intermediate) who completed intensive coursework in Creative Writing, Digital Editing and Publishing. Passionate about arts, politics, and humanities with special interest in Government Administration, Social and Community Service and Activism. As a soon-to-be graduate, most of my professional experience comes from working in the service industry, either as a bartender or mostly from my waitress experience. While this experience is not really in my field, it has given me extensive people skills in customer service that I am certain will be helpful in my future career.
With that said, I have been working as a Bartender/Server at Brutopia Brew Pub for the past 2 years.
I also worked for a year with Hospitality Concordia as a Fairtrade Volunteer where I helped with their outreach activities, learned some social media management and completed a sustainability research project.
Furthermore, I have worked as a Poll Clerk and Central Poll Supervisor for Elections Canada in their Provincial and Federal elections 2021-2022.
I am on my last semester of my Bachelor of Arts and Science with a Double Major in English Literature and Political Science at Concordia University.
