- Drafting, reviewing, and editing talking points, key messages, and other required documents (such as annotated agendas) to facilitate senior management's participation in various meetings, tables, and forums. Meetings will be both intra- and inter-departmental.

- Supports and strengthens partnerships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to the Public Health Agency of Canada, Provincial and Territorial governments, Service Provider Organizations, Municipalities, and Funding Recipients.
- Fulfills planning and reporting requirements for resettlement. Participates in/leads national working groups/meetings/committees, and support drafting of material and ensuring follow-up of required actions.
- Issues management by identifying and consulting with stakeholders; research issue; analyze impacts of allegations and propose solution-based options.
- Develop high quality and thorough analysis and business case; Consolidate advice in required format. Lead assigned work including: annual resettlement learning event; and preparation and maintenance of an evergreen deck on resettlement investments, activities and priorities.

- Provide advice to the Deputy Director General (DDG) on Reset work plan goals throughout the COVID pandemic and adapt accordingly. Support the implementation and operationalization of the Reset work plan.
- Support the debrief senior management as to risks and create mitigation strategies. Monitor progress on narrative reporting, outstanding advances, grants, risk review, activities. Program guidance, input and advice is comprehensive and supported by evidence based on a thorough analysis of policy direction, program considerations and stakeholder feedback. Operational coordination activities related to Reset respects national and regional operational needs and timelines.
- Support the SN DDG and Reset lead in the engagement of departmental colleagues through: Contribution Agreement Reset Project Board, and the survey of IRCC Grants and Contributions staff on reset objectives. Engage with IRCC Regional Teams through regional all staff meetings. Support the SN DDG and Reset lead in engaging with regions to establish new reset working group (external).
