Hello! My name is Richard Bui and I enjoy working on user-centeric design projects where graphic design intersects with urban planning. I am often drawn to projects where co-design and placemaking can happen, and it's always a bonus for me if it means working interdisciplinarily. I am versatile in a team, as I enjoy moving between being researcher, designer, and consultant roles. I like being involved from the process of understanding the context to developing probes so I can help design for a better and favourable outcome. This mentality makes me an individual who is a firm believer of learning through making, especially when I am exploring other interests like UI/UX design and illustration.
