I have apprenticed In Italian bakeries Dutch bakeries Canadian bakeries I have been trained to manage a smaller Bakery as well as a larger Bakery as well as my own Bakery
I am comfortable being in control and supervising fairly large amounts of staff in that role I can still be Hands-On and doing a lot of quality control as well as safety
I have not written my red seal exam but I have thousands of hours of experience but I believe speaks for itself
