I started my Career at entry level positions at the Royal Bank and quickly moved my way into middle management positions. In 1998, when RBC, TD and BMO created a company called Symcor, I continued in Management roles in various departments helping build the new image of the company. In 2005, I joined the Operations team and lead multiple projects to introduce new Methodologies of working into various departments.
In 2008, I began my journey into Lean Six Sigma which focused on improving productivity in all areas of the company. In 2010, I obtained my Lean Master certification from the Mouvement Québécois de la Qualité. In 2011 I became responsible for the staff across all of our sites in Canada for both the Quality and Productivity Improvement teams until 2020.
In 2020, I joined Novitex to lead the mailroom and later Manage the mailroom and Print Shop in multiple sites until Feb 2025.
During my Career with RBC and Symcor, I completed multiple internal and external course to improve my management skills, including Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certification and in 2010, my Lean Master Certification.
