Robert Nevin

Research, design and develop machinery and systems for heating, ventilating and air conditioning, power generation, transportation, processing and manufacturing. Over 25 years in Automation, Launch, Tooling, Pre Launch, Engineering Service.

1. Mr. Robert Nevin is a Process and Launch Engineer, with 10+ years of experience in performing lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, 8D problem solving, and training.
2. Oversaw production on complex projects to meet project delivery goals, including safety, scope, quality, cost and schedule within controls limits.
3. Managed hands-on root cause analysis on production, engineering, equipment and maintenance issues.
4. Improved existing/old equipment, implemented continuous improvement, reduced cycle times, and performed root cause analysis, while managing control plans.
5. Launched new production lines, and led the ongoing trouble shooting of electrical, mechanical, and automation lines, from end-to-end.
6. Utilized 8D problem solving to ensure manufacturing equipment and processes were capable of producing parts that met customer standards.
7. Performs technical and statistical investigations and analysis on production.
8. Managed installation of automation lines, mill rights, electricians, pipe fitters, PLC programmers, robot programmers.
9. Mr. Nevin is able to interview with 2 days' notice, and is available to start a new assignment in late mid-August.
