Robert Quartey

I am a passionate young engineer with four years of seagoing experience. I am a service oriented person passionate about the environment and its sustainability. I am willing to learn and easily adapt to new working environments and teams. I am result oriented and have been instrumental in the efficient running of ships I have served on as an engineer.

In my four years as an engineer at Sea working with Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement I have operated and maintained various ship machinery such as the Donghwa freshwater generator, Kangrim Composite boiler, Saeur Marine Main Air and Top up air compressors, Alfa Laval Heavy Fuel Oil Purifiers, Hamworthy Sewage Treatment plant. I am qualified Class Three Marine Engineer Officer licensed by the Ghana Maritime Authority.

I am currently undertaking my masters degree at McGill University where I am reading a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering.

I obtained a Class Three Marine Engineer Officer license from the Ghana Maritime Authority.

I have a bachelor of science in Marine Engineering from the Regional Maritime University in Accra, Ghana.
