I work as an HR and community services professional, helping people and organizations with wellness, conflict resolution, and people-focused strategies. Alongside this, I also provide driving services, which has sharpened my ability to adapt to different situations, manage time well, and connect with people from all walks of life. I enjoy learning quickly and picking up new skills, which helps me stay flexible no matter what role I’m in.

I am an experienced HR and community services professional with over 15 years of leadership across HR operations, employee relations, and performance management. My work spans designing people-first strategies, leading case management and wellness initiatives, and supporting organizations in building inclusive, high-performing workplace l am also a certified Community Service Worker, recognized with a Certificate of Excellence at Canadian All Care College’s 2024 graduation ceremony, where I delivered the graduating class speech. In addition to HR and community leadership, I provide driving services, which has enhanced my adaptability, time management, and ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Known for my empathetic approach, multilingual communication (English, Hindi, Malayalam), and quick learning, I thrive in client-facing roles that require both strategy and human connection.
