I am currently working as a Technical Systems Analyst (Co-op) at CIBC. At CIBC, I worked on a diverse range of tasks that required both deep technical expertise and effective communication. I implemented automation solutions, developed Ansible playbooks, and was involved in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
This experience, coupled with my year-long role as a Customer Service Representative at Husky Travel Centre, has given me a unique blend of tech-savvy and customer-centric skills. There, I dealt with numerous customer inquiries daily, quickly resolving issues and providing actionable solutions.
