Store Associates /Cashier/ Key Holder

• Provide customers with a sincere, welcoming interaction at first by greeting them in a friendly and polite manner.
• Respond to questions, direct customers to merchandise within the store, and provide needed information checking with system.
• Sometimes assist Non-English speaking customers through sign device, and assumptions. Assist in the payment process through Cash & POS.
• Maintain open and effective communication with fellow associates to foster cohesive teamwork.
• Work on recovery and sorting of merchandise communicating with the backroom team.
• Give updates of the latest inventory in the system. Zone and deep zone assigned area & Stocks merchandise/picks, downstocks if applicable.
• Identify damaged, defective claim products to report.
• Capping products for stock on shelves and maintaining a well-organized and clean store appearance.
• Assists with sales floor and backroom coverage.
• Communicate with other Associates for cohesive teamwork
