Over the years I have been in construction/maintenance/turnaround coordinating/Operator coaching-mentoring/Lead operator positions. The main position I have enjoyed is passing on my hands on experience to newer or junior operators. I have been in this industry for many years and believe I would be an asset to many companies trying to improve their employee skills and pride in their work place. I would never ask anyone to do anything that I wouldn’t do.
