I am a Physicist turned Developer from Waterloo, Canada.
I am currently working at Centennial College, teaching two programming courses.
In my previous role at Rebuy Engine, I was part of the developer team, as well as the QA team to work on automation testing. My stack was PHP, SQL, Javascript, AWS.
In my role as a Backend Developer, the focus was on Python to automate and build pipelines. I contributed to the product development cycle, developed guidelines for testing, and standardized automated testing. I deployed, customized and managed Docker containers using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kafka and Codefresh.
At my role with Starship Dreams, I worked as a Backend Engineer Contractor. The role involved developing Go code, managing databases, writing SQL queries, developing backend algorithms to handle data, creating and maintaining data structures, all while using version control with Git. I also have strong soft skills, such as creating processes, maintaining project tasks using Jira issues, creating and giving presentations, developing concept graphics, and writing documentation.
I have experience working with, deploying, and managing Docker containers on AWS S3 bucket.
Minyum Labs is my own company, where I help small businesses, women-owned businesses, and indigenous communities-owned orgs in Canada create an online presence by using web design and web development.
I have worked as a developer in various roles.
