My main role is to assist authors in the Submission Process of their materials (Manuscript, Cover Design, Specific Book Interior Instructions, author photos, interior images etc.,)

• I am the liaison between the authors and the Production team paying attention to specific instructions for the book.
• serves as the Main point of contact to the authors addressing concerns and inquiries especially with the Submission stage as well as the entire Publication process.
• I also assist authors with the Evaluation Result wherein we make sure that there are no copyright issues in the content of their books, no possible libelous statements against anyone in the story, no underage sexual content and no any other legal issues with their books.
• I also assist authors in endorsing their materials to our Editorial department as well as to our Illustrations department if deemed necessary
• I provide swift replies to their emails should there be any inquiries with a turn around time of 24-48 hours.
• I call my authors in a regular basis especially those who needs constant follow up, those who are still in the process of writing their manuscript and those who needs encouragement whenever self doubt is prevalent.
• i finalize the instructions of the book so that our design team will be able to create the initial files both for the book's cover and interior hassle free.
• i also cater to my returning authors, those who repurchased publishing package and those who personally requested for me to assist them.
• I assist authors, especially the elderly who are not Tech Savvy, or those who needs help in sending their files thru email or thru snail mail.
